RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Vitherbs, every bottle is packed with care. We know choosing a scent online can be personal — if something is not right, this policy explains when returns and exchanges are possible.
Eligibility for Returns
We offer returns under the following conditions:
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, including tags, boxes, and protective materials, must be intact
- The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and product integrity, certain items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used fragrance (sprayed), unless defective or not as described
- Items purchased during sale or promotional offers, when stated at checkout
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Gift cards or complimentary items
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges to ensure you find something that feels just right.
- Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Applicable only for products that meet return eligibility criteria
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- In case the desired product is unavailable, store credit will be issued
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will guide you through the approval process
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection
- Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging
- Our team will prioritise resolution, including replacement or refund
Important Notes
- Vitherbs reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the stated conditions
- Slight variations in liquid colour or label batch due to photography or natural ingredients are not defects unless they affect safety
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified
